Rehearsals this Week- Revised again

Music at Christ Church on Everett Street.

Rehearsals for this week are:

Thursday February 9: 6:30 Anne and Matthew only at Annex

Friday February 10: 6:30 Music rehearsal- entire cast at Christ Church

Sunday February 12: 2:00 Music rehearsal- entire cast at Christ Church (kids 2- 3:30, adults 3:00 to 5:00)

Wednesday February 15: 6:00 Dance rehearsal for pupils and Mr. P at Eastminster on Bridge Street East at the corner of Herchimer

Thursday February 16: 6:30 Character rehearsal for Anne and Gilbert- at Christ Church

Friday February 17: 6:30 Music Rehearsal- entire cast at Christ Church(kids 6:30 - 8:00, adults 7:30 - 9:30)

Sunday February 19: 2:00 Music Rehearsal for adults only (2:00 to 3:30) Kids get the day off.

Rehearsals

If there is no end time on the rehearsal schedule, assume it will run 3 hours. (Sunday 2 to 5, Weeknights 6:30 to 9:30). I don't like to run long. The dance rehearsals start at 6:00 PM.

Fridays, we may decide to grab a bite and a beverage after rehearsals also. Also, we're planning a get together early in March after a Friday night rehearsal!

Please note that the ladies and townsfolk will be needed on Thursday February 23 at 6:30 at the Annex. We will not have any Monday rehearsals in February.

First dance rehearsal Wednesday

The first dance rehearsal for Back to School will be held for all the pupils and Mr. Phillipps Wednesday at 6:00 at the Annex. 52 Oak Street.

A few casting changes will be announced.

Casting Has Begun

After much deliberation, the team has picked a cast. We were overwhelmed by the variety and choice available. So much talent and so many possibilities! Now, we're in the process of making contact with everyone to let them know our decisions. First rehearsal is Sunday at 10:00.

There will be coffee!

10:00 to 11:00- measuring the cast for costumes & filling out a survey

11:00 to 11:15- break

11:15 to 12:15- Get to Know You games/activities

12:15 to 1:00- lunch break

1:00 to 3:30- Read-through

3:30 to 4:00- final wrap-up

Many thanks to the patient people who came out to auditions. It was a great experience.
